04.24.20…..Happy Friday, everyone! It’s already time for another TGIF Challenge! This week, we have have a super fun challenge for you…Use Your Words! That’s right, my stampin’ friends, it’s time to get your out your die cut words and/or letters, get your creative juices flowing…and get inspired along with us! I hope you have a chance to play along with us this week, over at TGIF Challenges. We would love to see what you create!
For this card, I started with a piece of Neutrals 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper, a smaller strip of Best Dressed DSP, and adhered them to a Whisper White Thick Cardstock base. I then added a strip of Whisper White Cardstock (cut out with one of the Ornate Layers Dies), and on top of that I layered a smaller strip of Whisper White Cardstock (embossed with the Scripty 3D Embossing Folder.
Using one of the Well Written Dies, I cut out “wishes” two times, using Petal Pink Cardstock and Gray Granite Cardstock. After I layered them together, I added them to a narrow Whisper White tag, cut out with one of the All Dressed Up Dies. The other sentiment (from the Well Said Stamp Set) was stamped with my Gray Granite Classic Stampin’ Pad, and popped up with a few Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. For an extra bit of texture, I added some Petal Pink Organdy Striped Ribbon (cut in half vertically), a bit of Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon, and some Whisper White Baker’s Twine. Tucked underneath the ribbon are some Vellum Cardstock leaves, cut out with one of the In the Woods Dies. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on two Silver Glimmer hearts (cut out with one of the Stitched Labels Dies) and a few Basic Pearl Basic Jewels.
